this hotel is really well situated, easy to get around london with tube stations just a short walk away. rooms are super clean and comfy. The area has lots of cafes and restaurants to grab a bite. the staff were friendly n helped us with anything we needed. loved the breakfast, it had a big selection and was really good. our deluxe triple room was perfect for us, spacious and modern.
the elevators were a bit slow and the noise from the street sometimes came through the windows.

I had a dreadful experience checking in. The process was anything but clear, first having to cross the road just to find the correct location. This lack of communication made me lose valuable time after a long journey. To make matters worse, the room I was assigned was much smaller compared to what I had booked. I expected an upgrade the next day due to this inconvenience, but instead, staff entered my room without notifying me and moved my luggage, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. Ultimately, I received no resolution.

Had a blast with friends! We loved exploring Hyde Park, especially the Speaker's Corner. The location was perfect with restaurants and cafes around. Just a heads up, make sure to pre-book breakfast for a better price. Overall a memorable trip!
We struggled a bit to figure out check-in since it was across the road. It would have been nice to have clearer signs to avoid confusion.

It was just an excellent fit for a mini-vacation in London with decent value for money. The staff were friendly and helped me find my way across the road for check-in, which was a bit confusing. Just make sure to confirm where to check in before you arrive.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but acceptable for the quality we got.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our 5-night stay, especially the vibrant atmosphere of nearby restaurants. The staff provided friendly service, though the room felt a bit cramped. A great tip is to bring your own toiletries to avoid waste. The weak Wi-Fi was a letdown, but overall a decent experience.

I found this place to be well situated for exploring the city. There were several cafes and restaurants nearby. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, which made for a comfortable stay. I managed to visit the markets and enjoy some local food options.
The check-in process was not clear, as I had to go to another location. My room was in the basement, and the view was not pleasant. I encountered some issues with the staff not addressing my requests adequately.
